Villa Marcelo is located in a poor community of the Sacred Valley in Peru.

Partnership with Grand Circle Foundation allowed the school to construct 2 classrooms to be able to separate the previously blended and crowded rooms.

We also helped them build a new kitchen and dining room, a computer room with interactive white boards, a projector and photocopier and built a sports field with a viewing stand.

Since nutrition was an issue we also constructed a greenhouse to help provide fresh vegetables to supplement the children’s lunch.

We’ve also purchased new desks and chairs, along with traditional folklore costumes for the children, to help preserve their culture by practicing traditional dance and music and participate in local competitions.
