	Community Service Team Mission We are a group who recognizes that global citizenship is central to the success of our company. We will help change people's lives by providing opportunities for our associates to give back through service where we live and work.

Dear Community Leader,

Thank you for your interest in Grand Circle Foundation's Associate Fund Community Grant Program. Giving back to our communities is an important aspect of Grand Circle Corporation's mission. Through Grand Circle Foundation, we support communities through global and community grants, charitable donations, and community service.

          Enclosed please find our Grand Circle Associate Fund 2012 Community Grants Guidelines. The Grand Circle Foundation has launched our Graduation Collaboration: An Initiative to Increase College Graduation in Boston's Spine.  Our Associate Fund provides grants to support community based organizations who serve young people in Boston's Roxbury, Dorchester and Mattapan neighborhoods, and work to set college expectations, grade to grade progression and college completion.   

          In addition, we support projects that improve global literacy, provide international travel/educational experiences and promote global awareness and citizenship. We seek to support organizations that help Boston's next generation find and follow their passion and reach their potential.
