Associates' Fund: How to Apply

If your program meets our guidelines, please complete the following steps:

Step 1

Please note that proposals exceeding two pages will not be reviewed. Please do not send any additional materials other than the items listed in Step 2.

In your concisely written proposal, please answer the following questions:

  • I. Who are you? (Mission and overview of your organization)
  • II. What do you want to do?
  • III. How will you do it?
  • IV. Who will it help?
  • V. How much will it cost?
  • VI. How will we know you have done it?
  • VII. How will the project be evaluated?
  • VIII. Who is the organization's contact person (email & telephone number)?


Step 2

Please include the following supportive materials to your two-page proposal:

  • a list of your board of directors
  • total agency budget
  • project budget for grant request
  • annual report (if available)
  • evidence of the organization's tax-exempt status
  • W9 form
  • a photo in .jpg format that shows your organization at work

Step 3

Please email your organization's proposal to:

Grand Circle Foundation grant recipients are required to provide a summary report of the project funded within one year of receiving the grant.
