Like most people, we find January to be a great time to reflect on where we're heading next. As we look ahead to 2012, we are heartened by the young people we meet, who are just setting out in pursuit of their dreams. Young people like our "Next Generation Leaders," who you can read about in this issue; and the schoolchildren in Tanzania who have inspired so many of you to give back, both through Grand Circle Foundation and on your own. As always, we are humbled by your generosity and thank you for helping us give the gift of hope around the world.
